Venezuelan arepas, bowls and empanadas with avocado, plantain and cassava. Gluten-free and plant-based, the way it has always been in Venezuela.

Venezuelan cooking is plant-based by tradition. Corn, plantain, cassava, black beans and avocado are not side dishes. They are the heart of many of our plates. At Aguacate you'll find vegan arepas like our Vegan Beef Arepa made from slow-cooked plantain peel, alongside bowls that were not adapted but have always been plant-based.
