Pabellón
Shredded beef, black beans, fried plantain and white cheese. Venezuela's national dish, in an arepa.

Vienna · 1030 Landstraße
Venezuelan arepas, empanadas and bowls made from corn flour. With a dedicated fryer. The few dishes with wheat are clearly labeled.

Venezuelan cooking is built on corn, not wheat. Arepas, empanadas, hallacas and bowls are gluten-free by tradition. At Aguacate we also keep a dedicated fryer for gluten-free items so we minimize cross-contamination at the fryer as much as possible. The few dishes with wheat, like our Tequeños, are clearly labeled.
